Gift Wrapping and Packaging

Every piece we make comes with its own gift packaging. We never include a receipt or a invoice for domestic orders.

"Ship By" Date and "Delivery" Date

Please note that "ship by" date is NOT equivalent to the actual "delivery" date.

SHIP BY DATE: When your package leaves our workshop.

We ship your package in 1-3 business days.

DELIVERY DATE: When your package arrives to you.

Please add 3-5 business days for domestic orders / 7-14 business days for international orders, after the expected ship by date to estimate your actual delivery date. Customs may affect this for international orders

We unfortunately cannot guarantee your delivery time as this depends on the post office carrier. To find out your expected delivery date, please use the USPS tracking service at www.usps.com

WHAT ARE YOUR GDPR PRIVACY POLICIES FOR EU RESIDENTS?

At Hope on a Rope Jewerly, we take your personal data very seriously. In order to comply with the EU GDPR Law, we issue the following statement which we agree to uphold when you place an order with us.

In order to fulfil your order we rely on Shopify to provide us with the necessary data needed in order to process your order in a timely manner. The data we collected is e-mail address, shipping/billing addresses, and payment information. We may also contact you for additional information such as for personalized and custom items. This information is required in order to complete the order in a timely manner.
You may revoke your consent at any time and have the right in detail to request details of the information we keep.
We understand the importance of keeping personal data secure and safe and only share limited personal data with companies we need to in order to maintain our business such as the United States Postal Service.
We only keep information for the sole purpose of fulfilling your orders and for our own records and what is deemed fair use in our business within the parameters of the law.
We are located in the United States, outside of the EU and as such use Shopify to store your data. The companies I use have their own security measures.
Choosing to shop with a company outside of the EU means your data is subject to a new jurisdiction and subsequently new laws. However we protect your rights upon the transference with the above security measures.
As a residence of the EU, you are subject to rights and privacy laws under the GDPR law.
* You have the right to revoke your permissions at any time except where it is legal for Hope on a Rope Jewerly to keep them for the processing of our business requirements by law.
* You have the right to access to your personal data within normal business hours via electronic format.
* You have the right to withdraw from any mailing list or social media outlet at any time.
*You have the right to complain to your local data protection agency about the information we keep that is outside of what is required by law.

Care Instructions

We want your jewelry to last! To maintain the quality of your new Hope on a Rope Jewelry, please:

  • Avoid contact with perfumes, body oils, and other chemicals, including household cleaners.
  • For light cleaning, gently polish with a dry, lint-free cloth to avoid scratching. Try to avoid water when cleaning.
  • Store your inspiring jewelry in a cool dry place.
